The route for this year's highly anticipated cavalcade has been confirmed, with more than 100 military vehicles, classic cars and tractors taking part.

Once again this Liberation Day, more than 800 islanders living in residential homes or attending Age Concern groups across the island will receive Liberation Day themed hampers.

 In commemoration of Liberation Day, the Committee for Education Sport and Culture and Collas Crill will once again be gifting individual hampers to islanders who remained in Guernsey during the Occupation or who were evacuated during the Second World War.  

The Committee for Education, Sport & Culture has announced two new events to be held in Town on Liberation Day this year, in response to community feedback.

We're looking for dedicated individuals to support their parish on Liberation Day. 

Guernsey residents are invited to share their views in our Liberation Day survey to inform preparations for 2023 and future years. We'd like to hear from everyone to help ensure that future events appeal to the whole community. Thank you!
